our extensive utilization of" Cell Manufacturing" has allowed
us to go from the present to the future. Very complex stainless steel
machined forgings, that you see to the left, with over 100 intersecting
bores, last year took 26 weeks to manufacture. Today these parts run
through our "Cells" in just 6 days.
At Roberts, we've learned to consistently
ask the right questions. Can we alter the design to alter the flow-through?
Can we balance different families of parts? How can we move the equipment
around to make it more efficient?

our customers to buy completed assemblies supporting hydraulic and
mechanical applications.
We support this service with a full engineering staff plus a complete
assembly and testing department.
