Grinding, honing and lapping is required on a large percentage of our work. Our Studer Grinders are the latest state of the art CNC multi axis, contour grinding machines. We routinely grind parts requiring tolerances of .0001 of an inch. Complex forms are easily ground with these special grinders. Because these machines are so versatile, most parts are ground complete in a single operation saving time and money.

A very famous mouse must move without pause, a spacecraft must make minute adjustments; a micro turbine must run without maintenance for 10 years. This is what our grinding department does every day.
