KITAMURA  HX400i :

• 21 palletized work settings (400mm pallets) automatically brought into the machine and stored for future call up. Programmable probing for tool, part, and fixture measurement assure flawless precision every time work flows into the cell for machining.
• Tool storage capacity of 150 tools allow back up and redundant tools. Flexible tool management functions provide efficient and accurate machining and assure part surface quality.
• High Accuracy-High Repeatability-High Speed Machining Functions are delivered by a powerful 25hp geared 13,000rpm spindle. The machine design is solid cast way construction (over 35,000 pounds) on massive single piece castings. The Kitamura 21 Pallet 400mm Horizontal Production Cell will provide superior machining performance on any machining task.

 

TOYODA  FA400 :

• 12 palletized work settings arranged in a linear design between 2 FA400s
• Each offers remarkable speed and performance with the smallest footprint in its class. It’s fast, from the standard 30hp 14,000 rpm spindle to accelerated positioning speeds, tool changes and pallet indexes.
