Our turbine-manufacturing cell is producing several hundred very complex turbine rotors each week. These assemblies have extremely close tolerances and are made from complex materials. These products even require fusion welding of dissimilar materials. An extensive amount of machining and grinding is done to very exacting specifications.

Because these complex products are produced in a single manufacturing cell we do not have unfinished inventory. The product is started one day and shipped as a complete assembly the next day. our cells are flexible ... we can move from one product to another in just a few minutes, not several days.
